Q: How Much are the cakes?
A: We do not have a set price on cakes. All of our cakes range according to the complexity of the cake design as well as the number of guest. Please contact us to receive a quote. We are more than happy to work with you with whatever budget you might have in mind. Check out our Instagram @classycakecreations or Facebook page.
Q: How do I order?
A. Fill out the form under "contact us". Make sure to describe the cake how you want it so you can get an exact quote. Once received we will contact you through email or phone whichever is best for you. I will try to answer emails as soon as possible,
Q: What's your payment policy:
A: 50% non refundable is required to book your date along with a signed contract. Balance is due in full at time of delivery or pickup for any occasion beside weddings. Wedding cakes: We must receive the balance by the due date indicated in the contract or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. We need at least 2 weeks notices prior to your event. Some cakes can be ordered days before. It all depends on the complexity of your design. The more notice you give us the more likely we will be able to fulfill your order.
Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: Your order is not confirmed until we have received 50% non refundable deposit and a signed contract.
Q: What payment forms are accepted?
A: We accept cash or debit/credit card. If paying by debit/credit please let us know since we need to send you a payment link thru text or email.com
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Delivery is available and price ranges depending on the distance of the destination (round trip mileage). Please include address to get an exact quote. Delivery charge is only for dropping off cakes and does not include table decorations. Please make sure that someone is there at scheduled time with balance due (for events besides wedding).
Q: Can I pick up?
Yes. If a cake is being picked up it needs to be between the times stated in contract due to other pick up/delivery time’s schedule. For every 15 minutes late there will be a $10 fee added to the total. Pick up will have to wait until baker has free time. Pick ups should make sure to come prepare with a flat surface to set the cake. Anything flat and low to the ground will work. We are not responsible for reckless drivers or bumps on the road. We construct the cake to the best of our ability and make sure that it is safe and secure. Once the cake leaves our premises, it is in your hands.
Q: What is your refund cancellation policy?
A: All requests for cancellation must be made in writing. If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Classy Cake Creations is notified at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event. There is no refund on orders cancelled within seven (7) business days of the event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. We will make every attempt to contact the client in the event this happens.
Q: Can I provide my own topper?
A: Yes! It is advised that toppers be brought in at least 4 days before event. Toppers that are too heavy may cause damage to the cake. If you or any member of your party other than Classy Cake Creations adds to a cake, we are not responsible.
Q: If I want fresh flowers on my cake, who places them on?
A: Your florist generally is responsible for placing flowers on your cake.
